Delivery
If your item/s are in stock please allow up to 10
days for delivery within the UK and 28 days for delivery outside the UK.
If you are not a UK resident please check the drop
down list below to see if we accept orders from your country of residence. If
you cannot find your country of residence on this list please accept our
apologies but we do not accept orders for this country.
On Europe / Rest of World orders the customer is
liable to pay any import duty and any other taxes that may be required.
Please note we will despatch orders to BFPO
addresses but only at the customers risk. However, we will not despatch orders

It is our policy to despatch items ordered in the
shortest possible time, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays in
transit. If however the estimated delivery time has expired and you still have
not received your goods please email us with all your details (ref number,
postal address) to: lufc@twoten.press.net Alternatively you can call the Mail
Order department on 0870 12 53337 and speak to our sales team and we will
immediately deal with your query.
Please be aware that shirt printing may delay an
order by an extra few days
VAT
Countries who qualify for VAT exemption will need
to order by telephone (0870 12 53337) only and state this at time of ordering.
This facility is not available online.

Free Returns
Should any item be unsuitable, goods can be
returned to us free of charge by using the address label provided to:

Please supply us with your order number, name,
address, and telephone number along with your reason for returning them (wrong
size, unsuitable, damaged, faulty) and what action you would like us to take
(replace, replace with different size, refund)
GOODS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF
RECEIPT
We reserve the right to refuse exchange or refund
if goods have been worn, tampered with or damaged. Videos, DVD’s underwear and
earrings may only be returned if faulty.
To ensure that returns are dealt with as soon as
possible please make sure that all goods purchased through mail order or via
our online store are returned to the address above and not any other official
Leeds United Retail Outlets.
Shirt Printing
Leeds United are pleased to offer a shirt printing
service. In completing the shirt printing details on the online store, you, the
customer are accepting liability for the printing given that is supplied as per
your request.
You should be aware that team squad numbers are
subject to change, therefore we cannot guarantee that further changes will not
be made, nor can we guarantee that further changes will not be made, nor can we
guarantee that a player may not leave the club. This should be carefully
considered when selecting printing, as once this process has been carried out
these shirts can only be returned if faulty. Unsuitable sizes cannot be
returned.
Please note we do not print on infants kits.
The maximum letters we can print on a shirt is 10
and the maximum amount of numbers 2 (adult sizes).
Sizing
Customers should be aware that clothing and kit
sizes may vary from season to season. Please ensure that you obtain the correct
size before printing as we are unable to exchange or refund once letters and /
or numbers have been applied.
Stock Availability
We make every effort to ensure that the items
featured are available but occasionally some items will be temporarily out of
stock or we may sell out earlier than planned in a particular style, colour or
size.
Unless otherwise requested, we may hold orders
until stock is fully available. This enables us to make only one carriage and
handling charge. Where available we may offer an alternative item. If this is
not possible, we will place the out of stock item on backorder and will forward
this on a separate delivery as soon as the stock becomes available. Where
products remain unavailable those items may be cancelled from your order. We
reserve the right to cancel orders for unavailable products. Refunds will be
made by credit note.
Changes in Online Store Terms
Every effort is made to ensure that the product
prices, description and carriage charges outlined on the online store are
correct at the time of their addition, however errors or omissions may occur
and all such details may be subject to revision. The product colours on this
website are as accurate as our systems will allow. We reserve the right to
alter designs or prices of products and conditions of supply without notice,
but you will be informed before your order is accepted if the price of the
goods you have ordered has changes and the order will not be processed without
your consent.
Christmas Period
Please note that this is our busiest time of year
so please make sure that you order early to avoid disappointment.
