Orders are despatched 3-5 working days from placing your order.
Once your order is on it's way please allow 10 working days for UK delivery and 28 days for International delivery.
Personalised Orders: Please allow an additional 10 working days for all personalised orders to be processed before despatch.
The UK is no longer in the EU single market and customs union. Countries which usually did not incur import duties will now be subject to these additional charges.

Overseas Delivery Delays
At this time, we are unfortunately unable to deliver parcels to mainland Europe, Canada and Turkey due to freight restrictions imposed by foreign governments in response to the new strain of coronavirus discovered in the UK. Overseas customers can still place an order with us; we will hold all orders destined to mainland Europe, Canada and Turkey at our warehouse and despatch them as soon as the ban is lifted.
Please see the following message from our delivery provider, Royal Mail:
"Following recent announcements regarding the concerns over the new coronavirus variant in the UK, the French government have imposed a 48hr ban on any accompanied freight entering France by road, from the UK. Freight lorries cannot currently cross by sea or through the Eurotunnel. The Port of Dover is closed to outbound traffic. The Republic of Ireland has also banned ferries and flights entering the country for 48 hours. Other countries are responding in a similar way, so we expect there to be significant disruptions to our International services into mainland Europe and other countries such as Canada and Turkey. We expect other countries to impose similar restrictions which is likely to further impact international services. It is not yet clear how long this disruption will last and please be assured we’re already seeking alternative, additional access to affected countries pending the re-opening of borders.
"But in light of these restrictions, we are suspending all International services into Mainland Europe, Canada and Turkey with immediate effect, Monday 21 December."

PERSONALISATION: Once a shirt has been personalised we cannot provide a refund or exchange even if the player subsequently leaves the club or his squad number changes. Returns for personalised product will only be accepted if the personalisation is incorrect from the receipt of order or if the product is faulty.
