Leeds United charity tees are in partnership with Children�s Heart Surgery Fund. For every t-shirt sold 5 pound is automatically donated to the local charity that supports babies and youngsters born with congenital heart disease. In keeping with the Leeds-based charity, the tees are themed around the heart and are available in a range of colours for every first-team Leeds United player and our Head Coach, Marcelo Bielsa. Children's Heart Surgery Fund do a number of things to help support children and families going through the most difficult times, including helping to provide life-saving equipment for Leeds General Infirmary and a place for families to stay whilst their children are receiving treatment and care in hospital.
