THE PERFECT LEEDS GIFT: Whether it’s a special occasion or simply to say thank you, the Leeds United Gift Card is the perfect way to let them choose something they really want.
HOW TO PURCHASE: 1. Take this Gift Card to the till and decide on the value; this can be any amount up to £500. 2. You will receive a balance receipt to show the Gift Card value. 3. Enclose the balance receipt to give as a gift if you wish.
HOW TO USE YOUR GIFT CARD 1. Choose a product from one of our Official Club Stores or online at shop.leedsunited.com* 2. Use your Gift Card to pay for all or part, of your chosen purchase. 3. Any balance remaining on your Gift Card will be displayed on your receipt and can be used to pay on your next visit. 4. You can top up your Gift Card with additional value at any time; simply take to a Club Store till, decide on an amount and pay as normal. Your Gift Card can also be topped up online at shop.leedsunited.com *THIS GIFT CARD CANNOT BE USED TO PURCHASE ANY OTHER GIFT CARD*
TERMS & CONDITIONS The value of this Gift Card can be spent in the official club stores and at shop.leedsunited.com except for the purchase of any other Gift Card. This Gift Card cannot be redeemed against any ticket or hospitality purchases. Because we do not collect personal information about Gift Card customers, Leeds United are not able to replace or reimburse the value of your Gift Card if it is lost, stolen or damaged. Please look after this card carefully and treat it like cash. We are unable to give cash change or exchange your Gift Card balance for cash. Funds on the Leeds United Gift Card are not covered by the Financial Service Compensation Scheme, in the unlikely event of the issuer of this product becoming insolvent some funds on your Gift Card may not be available to spend. Every time you use your Gift Card, the balance is updated on our secure database. If you would like to check your balance simply take your Gift Card to a till in a Club Store or go online. Any outstanding balance will remain on your Gift Card after use, and this amount will appear on your receipt. Any remaining value on the card will be removed if it is not used for 12 consecutive months. We can take any action we consider appropriate if we have reason to believe you are abusing the Gift Card scheme, including withholding part or all the balance credited on this card. To protect our environmental resources, please reuse this Gift Card – either top-up for personal use or pass on to a friend. PAPER GIFT VOUCHERS
Paper gift vouchers are no longer available to purchase online or in store. If you have a paper gift voucher this can still be redeemed in store only.
This voucher CAN NOT be redeemed against any online purchase or season ticket sales.
We aim to deliver all orders within 10 working days subject to despatch times. It is our policy to dispatch orders in the shortest time possible, but we cannot be held responsible for any delay whilst in transit.
We aim to despatch all our orders within 2 working days of order, however this may not always be possible for the following reasons:
1. Pre-orders: Products on pre-order that are not in stock at the time of ordering will be despatched according to the date/time specified on the website
2. Credit/debit card checks: Sometimes we may need to make additional checks on your credit/debit card which might delay your order
3. Shirt printing: Personalised items please allow an additional 3-5 working days before they are ready to be despatched. Dispatching may increase to 3-7 working days during Christmas or other peak times
4. Orders with different stock availability: If you have selected multiple items with different availability dates then we will despatch your order when all items are ready
Please note that once a shirt has been personalised unless the shirt is faulty we cannot provide a refund or exchange the shirt even if the player subsequently leaves the club or his squad number changes. The products illustrated on this website are as seen. The reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and computing processes will allow. Leeds United accepts no responsibility for variances in colour or style due to the settings on the users monitor.
Leeds United reserve the right to alter without notice or prior warning, prices of products and conditions of sale.

Price & Payments
The price of the products and our delivery charges will be as quoted on our site, except in cases of obvious error. Product prices are inclusive of any and all value added tax applicable in the UK or elsewhere in the European Union. If the rate of VAT changes between the date of your order and the date of delivery, we will adjust the VAT you pay, unless you have already paid for the products in full before the change in VAT takes effect. Product prices and delivery charges are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a despatch confirmation. Our site contains a large number of products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our despatch procedures so that, where a product’s correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when despatching the product to you. If a product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before despatching the product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection. We are under no obligation to provide the product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you a despatch confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as an error.
Due to new banking legislation payment is taken in full at the point of order.
You the customer confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. If the issuer refuses to authorise payment, we will not accept your order and we will not be responsible for delay or non delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for refusal. We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your credit or debit card payment in accordance with your order.
Order Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel your order at any time up to the eighth working day AFTER you receive the goods, except where the goods have been personalised or made to your specification, or (in the case of audio or visual recordings or computer software) the package has been unsealed.
A working day is any day except a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday. In order to cancel, you must write, fax or email us to tell us you are cancelling your order (our returns form will do), and return the goods to us unused and in good condition at your own expense. We will then refund the price and the amount you paid for your original postage and packing.
